CSS with concrete housing

Compact substations with ferrconcrete housing made by JSC Energofirma JAUDA are anticipated both for internal and external maintenance with one or several transformers. Theses housings are made of one or several parts. Housings of all external maintenance compact substations have ferroconcrete constructions consisting of massive functional module and removable roof. Functional module is a part of CSS where the main equipment is placed. Most part of internal maintenance CSS housings consist of several parts – massive ferroconcrete functional module with removable roof and massive ferroconcrete base. Housings are made of B35 concrete and reinforces steel. Door leafs, shutters and other metal elements are made of galvanized steel and coated with polymers applying the powder technology.
